ABOUT US

The India Association of Southeast Texas (IAST) was started as a non profit organization in the year 1986 under the presidency of Dr. Radha Lal. IAST was formed to meet the cultural, religious and social needs of Indo-Americans living in the Golden Triangle area. A new president and a board of directors are elected annually to complete designated duties. The India Cultural Center (ICC) located in 1710 Major Drive, Beaumont was constructed in 1988 from voluntary contributions by members to meet the needs of members. For membership contact the Treasurer at 409 896 5666. The ICC is also available to the public for functions. For ICC rental, contact Parigi at 409 866 3434.
